Granny Lane Application Number 2019/62/91467/E

I have been in communications with the Planning Officer GW regarding the Granny Lane Application.
I think it would be prudent to use the Kirklees Flood Risk Management Studies 2015/16 Kirklees Council Mirfield and Ravensthorpe Fluvial Viability Study, as part of the Granny lane action group objection. The study what was carried out after the great floods of Boxing Day 2015 holds valuable information about the site location and up and downstream of the application. Information what was provided by Jacobs illustrating greater Fluvial flooding than RWO Flood Risk Assessment. The Study should be scrutinised against RWO Flood Risk Assessment and considered with the National Planning Policy Framework Pages 45-46-47 to implement a sequential test for this Application: Please keep in mind, the local Plan directives were carried out before the Kirklees Flood Risk Management Studies 2015/16 Kirklees Council Mirfield and Ravensthorpe Fluvial Viability Study.

Please follow the link for full Kirklees Flood Risk Management Studies 2015/16 Kirklees Council Mirfield and Ravensthorpe Fluvial Viability Study

I also believe the studies should be uploaded on to the Kirklees Planning Application at the request of the Granny lane action group as consultants response.
I have a lot more information regarding this application coming shortly

Regards
Steve
