Last winter rare Waxwings were seen in the hedgerows feeding of what berries were left behind by other winter migrants such as Redwings & Fieldfares. Also, seen in the summer was a Whitethroat and a Yellowhammer both of which are in decline at moment. Local residents do not want buildings on green belt land , we don’t want here thank you. As for the ecology report it’s absolute rubbish. Whoever compiled it knows nothing about birds, bats or newts plus wild flowers & butterflies. So hands off please.
